Kristin has been originating mortgage loans since 1993 and started Jones Mortgage Group in 2000. Her team joined Stonegate Mortgage in 2009 in order to continue to offer her clients the best mortgage products and pricing available in the industry. Kristin strives to make sure she understands the needs and expectations of every client, because they are all different.

To make sure their financial goals and equity objectives are met, Kristin created the 6-step Consultative Analysis Process and System. This process will help a borrower go through a series of questions that will make sure they are in the right product now, and the system ensures that future goals will be met as well.

After this process has been defined and implemented, Kristin will help the borrower go through the multitude of products available to meet their individual requirements. Kristin makes the process of securing a mortgage simple by offering the latest in technology and financial tools that enable the client to make sound financial choices. These financial tools also make sure that the client is informed every step of the way during the transaction.

The overall goal for Kristin and her team is to make sure that every client is understood, that they are placed
in the right financial product to meet their needs. Most importantly that their expectations are so highly met,
they tell all of their friends, co-workers, and family members that the Jones Team is the only true mortgage
